CIRCA stands for Contents Insurance Residential Cost Address database and is an expert system that combines Sum Insured's unique home contents replacement cost database with individual property household data, using a sophisticated estimating technique known as “dynamic elemental modelling” (DEM). 

You start the process by entering your home address details, then your are presented with a comprehensive list of the key features of your household together with a suggested replacement cost for your home contents.

You are then able to accept the value or amend your household details and CIRCA Net will automatically re-calculate the replacement cost of your home contents.

You can fine tune the estimate by making changes at the individual item level, these changes are then incorporated in the estimate and a new sum insured value generated.
